One place on my agenda that I would definitely travel to next year is South Korea. My sole reason for this is I want to drown myself in Korean street style fashion.
For the past couple of months, I've been silently following Korean street style fashion. I must admit, I've been drawn into the Hallyu Wave that's been hitting the world lately. There is just something about Korean sense of style that's been pushing a button on me, to the point that I'd want to go there personally and witness it myself.
It seems like men in South Korea are really meticulous on how they dress up. Keen attention to details are very evident - from head to toe. From the hair, the thick framed specs, the buttonaires, the pocket square, the belt, the bag, the shoes, and even the socks - all seem to go well together. South Korean men seem to own the "look" they have. I've been actually thinking, if these clothes were worn by a caucasian then the look would be totally different.
Here are some photos grabbed from Customellow showing superb Korean street style fashion.
In all honesty, I've been rebuilding my wardrobe around these looks for the past few months. I've been actually buying more suit jackets, vests, and cardigans. If only I'm not lazy enough to take outfit shots, I'd post them here ( I must say, it really is tedious to take outfits shots so kudos to those who religiously do them).
