I didn't get the chance to attend the just recently held Philippine Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2012 but thanks to Stylebible I still got to see the collections.
I browsed through all the the fashion show albums in Stylebible and came up with my Top Picks from the Men's S/S 2012 collections. The local fashion scene is really getting that extra umph compared to before. A lot of the local designers are taking the extra mile to be globally at par with the international fashion scene.
I've noticed some trends similar with the S/S 2012 collections from international labels (dip-dyes, sheers, colored oxfords, layerings, etc). Also, the Hallyu Wave seemed very distinct in the Men's S/S 2012 collections. I guess KPOP Idol fashion is greatly influencing the local fashion scene. I already have my eye on some pieces that I would like to own. I am actually inquiring already if these pieces are out in stores.

ReplyDeletemigs - I think the clothes are for sale already since it's from the S/S 2012 collection. Regarding the mask, I thin it was just added by the stylist during the show.
