It's the 1st weekend of the 2 - weekend Coachella 2012 (April 13 - 15, April 20 - 22) happening in Empire Polo Club, Indio, California. Now, it would have been nice to actually attend and join the festival but realistically speaking, I am not that filthy rich to fly halfway across the world just to attend. LOL.
As I am very bored right now, I decided to create a set of what I'd actually wear if I were to attend even just one day of the Coachella 2012 festival. Here's what I came up with:
I came up with an easy-breezy look for my Coachella outfit. I was thinking of looking organic, earthy, and laid back if I were to attend Coachella 2012. My color palette basically consists of hues of brown and blue. As you might have noticed, I've tried incorporating different textures (or the illusion of it) too in the look - tortoise shell for the sunnies, woven straw for the fedora, stone beads for the bracelets, wood for the ring, and leather for the shoes. Aside from playing with different hues of a color, using different textures would also make the look more interesting and dimensional.
