I miss being in college. I could still remember how fun it was back in college. I was more carefree then than I am now. Also, college was the time when I learned to be independent. Being away from home and managing your own apartment taught me so much on how to live life on a daily basis. I had to manage my own time, allowance, laundry, and all the other "living-on-your-own" stuff. Come to think of it, I wouldn't be who I am today if it weren't for my experiences back in college.

College was a time when I had to really learn how to weigh my priorities. Being away from home and living on my own had so many temptations! My college days weren't definitely a breeze! Deadlines, frustrations, homesickness, and overspending were just some of the things I had to deal with on a monthly basis. Of course, there's always the temptation of not attending lectures and just hang out with friends. Through it all, I managed and I am okay.

I miss my friends from college. College was like a stopover for most of us. We were just all there for a short while and then had to go on our own separate ways after.  I went to a campus far from Manila and almost all my friends came from other places as well. We were all bound to go our separate ways after college. Don't get me wrong, we are friends in Facebook and all but of course, we all had to move on from the "college-life" and go on with our lives. As much as I'd like to forever live the college-life, I just can't. That's just how life is. I'd just be thankful that I had an AWESOME college life!
